We, Termodizayn, attach importance to provide the personal data security of our members and the individuals, to whom we provide service. Your personal data are collected, stored and protected by us in accordance with the basic principles outlined in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 and in accordance with the data processing requirements. For such purpose, we would like to inform you regarding the processing of your personal data.

1. Data Supervisor

2. Purpose of the Processing of Personal Data and the Legal Reasons

Your personal data within the categories of identity, contact, visual and audial records, finance, customer process and process security, which we collect from you within the scope of the order and business process tracking activities via website membership, are processed by us:

On condition that it is directly related to the drawing up or performance of an agreement, based on the reason that the processing of personal data belonging to the parties of the agreement is necessary (Act numbered 6698, art. 5/2-c),

Based on the reason of establishing, using or preserving a right (Law numbered 6698, art. 5/2-e)

Based on the reason that it is necessary to perform the legal obligations of the data supervisor (Law numbered 6698, art. 5/2-ç);

Based on the reason that data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data supervisor, on the condition that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the related person (Law numbered 6698 art. 5/2-f);

3. Method of collecting personal data

Your personal data are acquired through legal means via our website in the electronic environment with non-automated methods, on the condition that it is part of an automatic, semi-automatic or any data recording system. Your personal data, which we collect from you in person, are processed based on the above-listed legal reasons which are outlined in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698.

Your processed personal data may be processed and transferred solely for the purposes stated in this clarification text and within the personal data processing requirements and purposes stated in the Law numbered 6698.

Authorized State Institutions and Organizations

Necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to provide data security during and after the process of sharing your personal data.

5. Rights of the related person

You can send your requests regarding your rights within the scope of the 11^th article of the Law numbered 6698, which regulates “the rights of the related person”, and regarding the enforcement of the law in written or by using the address of the registered electronic mail (KEP) or the electronic mail address, which you have notified to our website before and which is registered in our system, or in accordance with the other application methods stipulated in the Communique on the Procedures and Principles regarding the application to the Data Supervisor. We will conclude your request according to its nature as soon as possible and not later than 30 (thirty) days, without charging a fee (up to ten pages).
