Water and flake ice mixture wipes out the wastes, dirt and other impurities from the product and as a result the product becomes cleaner, fresh and appetizing.
Pre-Cooling is used in these products, broccoli, asparagus, artichoke, cress, head lettuce, corn, turnip, chicory, celery, carrot, water melon, endive, apple, cherry, orange, peaches, pineapple, grapefruit , pear and tomatoes.
