Concrete Cooling Water Chillers

Everywhere in the world, temperature controlled concrete is used to build large size sets and to fill large scale bases of high buildings. The heat exchanged with water during the process increases the temperature of the concrete to 25C, causing the volume to expand. However, after the operations, the temperature of the concrete falls and the volume shrinks. The above-mentioned process generally leads to cracks in the sets, so the initial filling temperature of the concrete should be low enough to ensure that the maximum temperature reached during the operations does not exceed the value set by the design units.

+ 1C / + 2C Added Flake ice together with cold water or cold water is the most effective precooling method. Reduces the temperature of every 10kg leaf ice to about 12C to 14C. These ice sheets are produced by Flake ice machines.
